This stretch of the river Great Ouse runs from the A428 road bridge down to and for two fields into the wooded area. It is noted for the double figure Barbel and large Chub that inhabit this stretch. The water has recently received a restocking of hundreds of juvenile Barbel up to 6 inches in length. The fishery is for full club card holders only (no day tickets allowed). Parking is in the layby on the A428 just before Turvey village with water access gained through gate at start of layby.
