The annual Fur & Feather match, fished by 24 anglers, took place on a very wet, windy day through the boats section at Furnace Lane
Fishing was very hard for most with several blanks especially near the farm bridge.
1st on the day with 7 pounds 4 ounces of Perch and Roach on worm and pinkies was Graham Smith. Next peg was 2nd with 4 pounds 9 ounces of mainly Roach on punch for Andy Kimpton. 3rd with 3 pounds 1 ounce of Perch and Roach was Andy Law.
3 section cash winners were John Balhatchet ,Tosh Saunders and Chris Howard
