Details

Swan Valley lake is a man-made lake located within the Swan Valley industrial estate. Wootton Brook (see Item 3.2) flows into and out of this lake.

Access

Pedestrian access from gateway on Banbury Lane.

Fishery Rules

Special rules apply: – No night fishing – No bivvies, tents or similar temporary structures – No fires – No boats – No right of access to island – Children under 15 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult

Car Parking

Parking in two gateways on Banbury Lane only. Car parking anywhere on Swan Valley Estate roads will result in wheel clamping.
